Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • Credit Card payments can only by from USA issued banks.
  • Credit Card orders can only be sent to the verified billing address with the cardholders name on the order.  
  • Only PayPal orders with confirmed PayPal addresses can be shipped to an alternate shipping address. 

  • If  your order is over $750.00 US dollars, we can only accept Bank Wire Transfer as payment.  Your original payment will be voided/refunded and we will contact you with Wire Transfer info.
  • To insure your order makes it to you, all orders over $250.00 in value will be shipped with a direct signature needed at the delivery address.
  • If the shipment is over $250.00 and requires a signature, it cannot be picked up at your local FedEx building or anywhere other than the address you provided on the order. Sorry, we've had too many issues with fraud... Three attempts will be made before the package is returned to us for a partial refund, if it can't be signed for.
  • If the package is dropped off at the delivery address without a signature, NissanPartsUSA and FedEx are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  FedEx will typically take a picture of the package left at the door as proof of delivery.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • However, the chart below shows you how many business days for FedEx's typical ground (Standard) shipping takes from our shipping warehouse.  Ground "Home" Residential deliveries include weekend days.
